Easter Sunday

For Throckmorton to host A Dawn Service of Light 6.30 a.m. I had to be up at five o?clock and leave Pershore just before six, picking up John, Alison and Hazel on route. I thought there was only one five o?clock in a day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was a lovely service, although a little cold, which started with stories around the fire, fireworks, lighting of the Easter Candle and a procession into the chapelry. After the communion service we strolled over to the village room for a champagne breakfast. I would like to thank all those who got up early and attended this service. A big thank you to Alison for organising the breakfast and to John and Hazel for all their help serving.
